PROBLEMS WITH ACCESSING PRINTERS OR SHARED DRIVES?

If you're using a new HSU computer, or you have not accessed your HSU computer for a while, you may experience problems accessing printers and/or shared (T: and U:) drives. If this happens to you, please call the Technology Help Desk at x4357 or submit a ticket at www.humboldt.edu/tech-help.

ITS has found that this is usually a quick fix, but we're still working on the root cause. We apologize for any short-term inconvenience.
