ITS would like to remind the campus community that the fastest and most effective way to get support for technology issues is to use the Technology Help Desk's central system: 

This way, your request is prioritized according to urgency. If you contact an individual at the Technology Help Desk directly, you may be diverting resources from someone else's issue, and impacting ITS' ability to track problem issues.
