Please join me and your colleagues at the second annual Recognition Reception on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in the Kate Buchanan Room.
We will recognize our 2015-16 retirees, distinguished faculty award recipients, current University Senators for their work this year, and we will welcome the new Senators. In addition, representatives from the Emeritus and Retired Faculty Association will announce their junior faculty award winners.
The 2016 Distinguished Faculty Award winners are:
Outstanding Professor Award: Alexandru M.F. Tomescu, Department of Biological Sciences
Excellence in Teaching Award: Loren Cannon, Department of Philosophy
Outstanding Service Award: Noah Zerbe, Department of Politics
