Construction on the Theater Arts and the Library seismic modernization projects will be delayed at least until Summer 2018. 

Recently upgraded seismic standards require that our design and engineering be revised. These revisions will take a number of months and will push the construction phase past our summer of 2017 schedule. The projects are bound to a summer construction schedule due to many factors, including weather conditions and reduced campus use during these times.
 
Planning for program and individual relocation and accommodation will be ongoing, and applied to the new construction schedule.
