Tune In At Noon: Introduction to Ta'i Chi and Qi Gong

Margy Emerson will provide an introduction to T'ai Chi.  In this class you will learn traditional T'ai Chi warm-ups that get the qi moving and emphasize flexibility and range of motion for the whole body while clearing the mind.  Also covered will be a few simple qi gong exercises that combine breath, movement and imagination. Handouts will be provided so people can continue to practice at home or work.
