As part of the ongoing upgrade to HSU's identity and access management system, ITS needs to take the current system offline for a short period of time on the morning of Sunday, March 19, 2017. During this time, the following services will not be available:

• Password resets
• Setting security questions
• Looking up user names
• Validating user names
