I am pleased to announce the creation of a search committee to help us identify a Vice President for Administration and Finance for Humboldt State University.   I am grateful to our interim Vice President Doug Dawes for his assistance during this academic year.

The following individuals have been elected or appointed to serve on the VPAF search committee following the specifications outlined for administrative searches in the Faculty Handbook.

The search committee has finalized the vacancy announcement, and it is now posted on the Human Resources website.   I encourage you to make your views on this important position known to members of the committee.

We anticipate inviting finalists to campus in early March and will hold a variety of open forums during those visits.  Feedback will be invited from the entire University community.
