The HSU voicemail system is currently exhibiting problems that make it difficult to know whether campus users have voicemail messages waiting. Here are the two ways this is happening:

1. The message waiting indicator light may stay on even after you've deleted all your messages
2. You may have messages waiting but the indicator light is not on

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ITS is currently working with our voicemail system vendor to get to the bottom of this. In the meantime, we recommend you check your voice mailbox regularly to check for messages.
