What's at stake for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in a Trump Administration

December 5, 2016

On December 8, 2016, one month after the shocking election of a Presidential candidate whose campaign embraced racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, homophobia, and misogyny, join Asian Americans Advancing Justice as we take stock of the post-election landscape.

Join the Asian Desi Pacific Islander Collective (ADPIC) for a Webinar presented by Advancing Justice this Thursday, December 8th at 10:00 AM in Siemen's Hall 120 for a webinar to discuss what's at stake for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in a Trump Administration.

While many details are not yet clear, we do have a sense of the looming challenges on civil rights and social justice issues. Join us in examining what lies ahead for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities on issues such as: DACA, deportations, targeting of Muslims, hate attacks, the Affordable Care Act, voting rights, educational access, and the 2020 Census.
