Wildlife Senior Poster Symposium - December 7

December 4, 2018

Hello Friends of Wildlife,

The Wildlife Department is hosting another fabulous Wildlife Senior Poster Symposium. The poster session is scheduled for Friday, December 7th from 4:30-6:30 pm on the 2nd floor of the Library.

We hold this poster session every semester to showcase our senior wildlife student's culminating experience - an independent research project examining relevant questions in wildlife biology. We will have ~ 50 students presenting posters, and it's a great opportunity to see what our students are up to as they get ready to enter to enter the professional world.

We would especially like to thank the professionals and mentors who have helped our students with their projects from permitting to planning to reviewing. Come celebrate with our graduating seniors on Friday. There will be cookies and lemonade!

Interestingly, if you're able to stay a bit later, just around the corner from our graduating senior poster session will be a poster exhibition that will showcase posters created by our first-semester students in the Sciences (freshmen in the new SCI 100 course participating in the three Place Based Learning Communities in CNRS). This will take place from 6:00-8:30, also on the 2nd floor of the Library.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Micaela
