This site contains useful information to help you understand the student conduct process. Our purpose is to support the educational and character development of students as they transition into university life work towards graduation and become life long learners.
The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities is also responsible for the investigation and adjudication of violations of the Student Code of Conduct. The mission of the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities (OSRR) is to reinforce the educational, ethical, and social development of students at Humboldt State University. This is achieved through emphasis on personal responsibility in maintaining an environment that respects the rights of the individual while complying with acceptable behavior standards in order to foster a safe and inclusive campus.
