This site contains useful information to help you understand the student conduct process. Our purpose is to support the educational and character development of students as they transition into university life work towards graduation and become life long learners.
The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities is also responsible for the investigation and adjudication of violations of the Student Code of Conduct. The mission of the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities (OSRR) is to support the educational, ethical, and social development of students at Humboldt State University. Our approach is driven by an educational philosophy that aims to address student conduct policy violations through a developmental lens. We administer the disciplinary process through a fair and impartial process with the goal of fostering ethical development, the personal integrity of students, due process and fair resolution for violations.
