Dr. James. F. Woglom is an assistant professor at Humboldt State University. He received his PhD in art with a focus in art education from the University of Georgia. His current research revolves around the investigation of the intersection between service learning and socially-engaged art practices.
KT Garcia is a HSU alumna with a B.A. in studio art and art education. She currently works at The Studio in Old Town Eureka, facilitating and teaching art to adults with special needs. Since moving to Humboldt from Southern California 4 years ago, KT has fallen in love with the area and has worked to become a part of the special and diverse art community of our beautiful county. As an artist, KT works in multiple media including small metals and jewelry, ceramics, painting, drawing, photography and more.
