Passionate about Social Justice? Want to work for social justice? Need another unit? Register for the 2017 Social Justice Summit March 3 & 4, 2017, "Art as Social Activism"
The summit fee is FREE for students (high school, HSU, and CR students) and HSU and CR faculty and staff, $25 for community members, and $20 for non-profit organizations (per person).
The MultiCultural Center’s annual Social Justice Summit will be held on March 3 & 4, 2017 on the HSU Campus. The summit will include a keynote presentation, workshops, film screenings, and discussions.

What is Social Justice? Social justice is about educating ourselves and others, and taking action to change the status quo. Social justice is about giving voice to communities who have been forced into silence; social justice is about equity and equal access. What is your definition of social justice?

Note that on-site registration may be slow, given the anticipated popularity of the event. Therefore, early registration is highly recommended.
To register for credit go to Student Center and input one of the CRN numbers listed below. The deadline for registering for academic credit is February 16th (with permission number) by 11:59pm. You can register after February 16th for no credit with Extended Education until March 2nd by 5:00 pm.
