Salaries, Wages and Benefits information displayed here, which can be viewed by Fund, Department, Position, etc. This includes a tab with an option to include or exclude job codes as a filter.

OBI dashboard: 3.2 - APS > 3.2.3 - TF Contract Data Reports: Temporary Faculty (TF) contract data, searchable by term. Includes contracts entered for lecturers, TAs, GAs, FERPs, and Coaches.

OBI dashboard: 3.2 - APS > 3.2.2 - Separation Reports for Academic Employees: Temporary faculty unit employees with upcoming appointment expiration dates. Includes a list of inactive employees for records disposition/purge. Examples of reports on the dashboard include:

OBI dashboard: 3.0 - Human Resources > 3.0.2 - Separation Report - Staff and Management: Temporary staff and management employees with upcoming appointment expiration dates.

The Course Section Reports (by subject areas) are generated by Chancellor's Office software using the APDB data (Academic Planning Data Base). The APDB includes class section and faculty appointment data for each term. This data is used for the calculation of Student/Faculty Ratios.

The FAD is one of the reports in the Academic Planning Data Base (APDB). It shows the faculty assigned to each department and the courses taught for a given term. Release time assignments are also shown along with totals for teaching load. Departmental total pages are included at the end of each department section. This report is NOT used to derive Student/Faculty Ratios.

Full-time Equivalent Faculty (FTEF) and Headcount. Reports include breakdowns of FTEF by instructional faculty type, College, Department, etc.

Two sets of reports are available at any given time: Original Budget for the Current Fiscal Year, and Planning for Next Fiscal Year. These reports are password protected because they contain sensitive information about employee benefits. To obtain access, please contact the University Budget Office.
