FTE and Headcount summaries for active staff, management and faculty employees. Also includes historical summary reports.

Application data counts (single or multi-term) can be viewed by admit type, by student level, by major, program status, residency, and by the last school they attended. Table and graphical representation is available, and summary views drill to detailed lists. This report data comes from the ITS Data Warehouse, and is OBI myReport's version of the "AppStats" export you can get from the Student Data Repository via ODD.

These reports display data in a trial balance format that can be filtered by business unit, fund, fiscal year and current month. These reports also show "Remaining Available Balance" (which is the difference between the asset and liability balances):

While the 2.0.1 - General Fund dashboard limits you to the CSU Operating Fund (HM500), this set of reports enables you to select your own fund, as well as business unit, division, mbu, chartfield, etc. for filtering. The tabs and the views on each tab are the same:

• Selected Fund Revenue, Expense and Transfers
• Selected Fund Open Encumbrances
• Selected Fund Journal
