This class will guide you through a full body stretch and strengthening exercises designed to release tension. Increase circulation throughout the body while increasing range of motion and muscle tone in target areas such as the core, the feet and the spine. A midday refresher is good for everyone and will help get you successfully through the rest of your day. This class is appropriate for all levels and is gentle and relaxing.
