All of your mail has automatically been transferred over from Zimbra, but there are a few items you'll need to move manually (and re-establish sharing if they were shared in Zimbra). Follow the instructions under each of these sections below:

The important thing to remember about Google Calendars is that, unlike Zimbra, only your primary calendar in Google affects your free/busy time, because it is directly linked to your email address. If you had two Zimbra calendars, for example "Work" and "Personal", that both included appointments, you should probably import both into your Google primary calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts. If you use additional calendar for things like birthday reminders, those can be kept in separate calendars as they don't affect your free/busy time. You'll need to export each of your calendars from Zimbra and import them into Google Apps. You'll also need to re-share them.

Zimbra automatically added everyone you ever emailed to your "Emailed Contacts" Address Book. Make sure you move this one if you relied on this as your source for all email addresses. You'll need to export each of your Address Books from Zimbra and import them into the Contacts area in Google Apps. You'll also need to recreate any groups you maintained.

Your signature block(s) can't be transferred over to Google from Zimbra, so you'll need to set these up again separately. If you used more than one signature in Zimbra, a plug-in module for Google Apps is provided to handle this.

Your mail filters can't be transferred over to Google from Zimbra, so you'll need to set these up again separately. You'll find it easier to do this if you have both Zimbra and Google Apps open at the same time, so you can view your Zimbra filters while creating your Google filters.

Your task lists can't be transferred over to Google from Zimbra, so you'll need to set these up again separately.You'll find it easier to do this if you have both Zimbra and Google Apps open at the same time, so you can view your Zimbra tasks while creating your Google tasks.

Documents created in Zimbra do not export well to other applications, and Google is unable to recognize Zimbra documents. Unfortunately, the only way to transfer documents over is to copy a Zimbra document into a new Google Doc one-by-one.

If you stored files in your Zimbra Briefcase, you'll need to download them. If you want to access them online, you can either place them on your Network Folder or upload them to Google Docs. If you don't need the files online, you can skip the step of uploading to Google Docs.
