Who is affected: 
Unregistered users trying to register on the wireless network
All users who have a last name starting with 'S' were expired by 7:55am in order to free up licenses. These users will automatically be prompted to re-register upon opening a browser. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What happened: 
The campus has experienced increasing growth of wireless devices associated to the wireless network. Plans have been made this summer to implement a replacement NAC system which will operate on an entire campus license instead of individual user licensing. Should the pool run out again, all users with a last name starting with 'R' will be expired and this will continue as needed reverse alphabetically.

The campus Network Access Control (NAC) system which provides authentication for the campus wireless network had exhausted all available user licenses as of 7:09am this morning.
