Campus should check for all batch processes which may have failed during the outage time and resubmit processes as needed. See CMS Central's Remedy ticket 213861 (no description of what happened/how resolved).
CMS Central is currently working to resolve the issue. Refer to CMS Central Bulletin ITS 2011 0127.
