I can't connect to the HSU wireless network - how can I access KBOX to post my problem?

Safe*Connect, the network access control system HSU uses to protect the wireless network, requires that your computer meet certain requirements (OS and antivirus patch updates, firewall running, no P2P or proxy software running). If your computer does not meet those requirements, you can still access the helpdesk at www.humboldt.edu/ithelp to post your problem using the very limited web access provided for problem-solving purposes in that situation. You can also access sites where you can download the software needed to bring your computer into compliance.
