My phone used to divert if someone called when I was already on the phone, but now it just keeps ringing. How can I stop this? It's very disruptive.

Try using the "Call Divert Busy" command on the line that keeps ringing. To do this, press the line that keeps ringing and then hit * 2 2 #. Have someone test it with you to see if it goes to voicemail. If this doesn't fix the problem, call TNS at (707) 826-5000 and tell them the "Call Divert Busy" command didn't work; they'll look into the problem for you.
