What happened: 
*** as of 3pm the permanent resolution has been restored. ** The temporary solution is in affect, and service has been restored as of 2:22pm 4/10/14. We will update when the permanent solution is restored ** TNS has investigated. There is a breaker issue. Electricians have been contacted. A temporary solution should be operational by 2:25pm. Check back for updates.
