** A reboot of the LDAP server has eliminated the abnormal behavior. ** We're currently investigating.

Affected in what way: 
Campus experienced a transitory anomaly to LDAP (anomalies to LDAP affect logging in to various campus services and servers) so users were intermittently unable to log in to the portal and other campus services. But service currently is once again available.
