To fix the problem, TNS placed network equipment on house power.
The UPS was not working. TNS will need to replace and repair UPS. Expect another outage on 12AUG14 @ 07:00 AM to move network equipment back onto a UPS.
Affected in what way:
They were unable to connect to the network via wired or wireless. Service was restored at 7:10am.
