We discovered an issue with the Duo Universal Prompt and had to revert to the previous version. Users may need to login again, or may encounter unusual browser errors. Restarting the browser should resolve any errors.

We will be upgrading our Single Sign On system tomorrow morning at 6:00AM. We will also be enabling Duo Universal Prompt for SSO to address accessibility issues during this time. During maintenance, users may have problems logging in. There will also be a noticeable change in the Duo prompt during the upgrade and after the upgrade is completed.
