The software updates to the ITS Ticketing System have been applied successfully and the system is functioning normally.

Two software updates will be applied to the ticketing system during this maintenance period to bring it up to the latest version. Multiple outages are anticipated as the software updates are applied and reboots are performed. It is advised not to update existing tickets or create new tickets during this maintenance period.
