Pharos Pay-for-Print jobs not printing

What happened: 
This was caused by a configuration change made at approximately 5:34 pm. The change had been tested in a development environment which had a different OS version (32 bit) than the production environment (64 bit). A path was different in a script, which caused the system to not be able to read the C-Card balances. Initial testing after the change did not reveal this problem. The script has been updated with the correct path.
