All of the campus community trying to access select electronic resources hosted at HSU.

What happened: 
Most servers in the data center connect to a large robust dedicated switch. However, some servers connect to smaller distribution switches directly which need to be upgraded to the latest O.S. release. This outage will only affect 20-30 servers connected to the smaller distribution switches and we will upgrade one switch at a time. These switches are part of the ITRP2 upgrade project and must be addressed prior to the ITRP2 project closeout on Jan. 31st, 2011. Technicians will be on-site to ensure all services are restored no later than 10:00AM. The ITRP2 project charter can be found at
