Create an online form and workflow to manage ITS Work Requests. The system will be used by campus staff and faculty to request non-operational tasks and projects involving any ITS-supported technology. Operational issues will still be handled directly through the Help Desk and/or KBOX tickets.
9/26/11: The work request process is now in production and has been released to the campus community.
8/29/11: The work request system is now in production and is awaiting final testing prior to a mid-September release. The scope change documentation has been completed to reflect the new go-live date of 9/16/11 and the status has been changed to 'on time'.
8/2/11: We have one more change to make to the system and expect to be ready for final testing this week.
