The Cal Poly Humboldt “Software Center” (Windows) and “Self Service” (Macintosh) platforms are available to faculty and staff to install commonly-used software packages on office computers. Each application is ready to install.

Directions for Windows Users

• Click on Start Menu (at the lower toolbar of your monitor)
• Type “Software Center” 
• Click on the Software Center Icon

Directions for Macintosh Users

• In the menu bar, click on the “Go” drop-down menu
• Select Applications
• Locate and open the Self Service application

Additional information on the installation and use of some applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) can be found on the ITS Information on Software page. Note that these downloads are for office use only. You can find them on other ITS web pages such as Information on lab software and software for home/personal device use.
