Account Settings Aug 19 2016 - 17:00 Students who have enrolled in courses or made course registration changes in the last week may not be added to the correct groups; courses that they have enrolled in may not be showing up; some courses not allowing students to enroll. LDAP backend is currently unable to keep up with the demand.
Account Settings Aug 23 2016 - 21:00 Users using account settings and possibly users attempting to authenticate to campus systems. We suspect that a recent hardware failure may have created inconsistencies in the LDAP database indices. **UPDATE** After two nightly runs, registration in Moodle accurately reflects registration changes made this past week. Any changes made today will show up tomorrow.

ad.humboldt.edu Aug 12 2016 - 11:01 Anyone logging into a campus computer who enters their password incorrectly 3 times within a minute are locked out of their account for 5 minutes. To reduce the inconvenience for everyone, while still maintaining security, we will be changing this to 6 incorrect entries in a minute will result in a 5 minute lock out. **Update: we have changed the number of unsuccessful login attempts in 1 minute resulting in a 5 min logout to 6.
