Do you know where to look when your computer or phone system is not working right? Learn more about the Systat service! 

The ITS System Status Report system (Systat) is your instant-alert system for when something's gone wrong with a campus IT service. When something's not working correctly - from the phone system to PeopleSoft reporting (or anything in between) - you can automatically get an email notification. This way, you know what's going on right away, and the Technology Help Desk can focus their time and efforts on helping people find a way around the problem.

Anyone can sign up to receive systat reports - all you need to do is join the Systat Google Group by following these instructions:

  1. Go to
  2. In the right-hand column, click "Join this group"
  3. Set your email preferences and click "Join this group" to confirm your membership

Routine maintenance schedules are posted online, as are past status reports.
