presidential search ‘Pre-forum’

January 24, 2019

The University Senate, HSU Library, and Associated Students are co-sponsoring a presidential search  ‘pre-forum’, on Thursday, January 31, 3-5pm in Library 301H (Humboldt Scholars Lab). The purpose of this pre-forum is for diverse members of the campus community to discuss the key qualities, skills, and experience that they think the next HSU president should have and the opportunities and challenges that leading HSU presents.

The information gathered in this pre-forum will inform the members of the campus-based presidential search advisory committee (the ACTCSP) and the dialogue process will help the HSU community prepare for the February 4 Trustees Search Committee (TCSP) open forum, which will be recorded and viewed by candidates for the position of HSU president. Those who are interested are invited to participate in all or part of the event. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available
