Creating a Campus Free of Sexual Harassment and Violence

February 12, 2018

Humboldt State University is committed to creating and sustaining an educational and working environment free of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. The safety and well-being of the campus community is a priority for the University.

Title IX requires Humboldt State University to take necessary steps to prevent sexual assault on campus and to respond promptly and effectively when an assault is reported. Among the many responsibilities outlined in multiple federal and state laws, CSU campuses are required to distribute the university’s written policies on sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct to all university employees.  These policies are identified as CSU Executive Orders 1095, 1096, and 1097, revised October 5, 2016).  Please review these Executive Orders which are linked below.  All policies and other relevant materials may also be accessed at HSU’s Title IX website.

All employees are required to participate in this training.  You will receive an e-mail message from Skillport with additional information about this training requirement.
