In an effort to plan for the close of the fiscal year, Facilities Management is requesting that any new work requests that need to be completed and billed by the end of the fiscal year be submitted by March 9th, 2018. All requests should have proper fiscal authorization and will be assessed for feasibility of completion. Additionally, please communicate now with Facilities Management if you have any work requests that have been submitted, or are in process, that need to be completed and billed by the end of the fiscal year. 

All requests will be assessed in the order in which they were received and Facilities Management will respond by April 30th, 2018 regarding our ability or inability to complete the work by the end of the fiscal year.
